At PeopleFitt we treat your personal information with the same discipline and care we bring to our coaching. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

When you apply for coaching, complete our fitness assessment, contact us through any channel, or interact with our website, we may collect: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, location, fitness goals, training history, lifestyle information and any details you voluntarily share with us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to design personalized training programs, deliver coaching and accountability, follow up on your progress, process payments, respond to inquiries, and improve our services. We never sell your personal information.

3. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences (such as your language selection), keep the experience smooth across pages, and measure how visitors interact with our content. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function as intended without them.

4. Analytics

We use analytics tools to understand aggregated visitor behavior — pages visited, time on site, traffic sources and general device information. This data is used to refine the website and our content strategy. Analytics data is processed in aggregated form and is not used to identify you personally.

5. Meta / Facebook Pixel

We may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and to show relevant content to people who have visited our site. The Pixel allows Meta to set or read cookies in your browser. You can manage your ad preferences directly inside your Facebook and Instagram account settings.

6. Contact Forms

When you submit a form on our website — including the coaching assessment — the information you provide is sent to our internal team for the sole purpose of evaluating your application and contacting you. We do not share form submissions with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. WhatsApp Communication

If you contact us through WhatsApp, your phone number and message history with us are stored within the WhatsApp platform and on our coaching team's devices. Communication via WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use this channel only to respond to you and to deliver coaching follow-up.

8. Email Communication

We use email to respond to inquiries, send onboarding instructions, share program updates and — only with your consent — occasional content related to training and transformation. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

9. Payment Processors

Payments are handled by trusted third-party processors (such as Stripe or similar providers). Your full card details are entered directly with the processor and are never stored on PeopleFitt servers. We receive only the information needed to confirm and manage your subscription.

10. Third-Party Services

To operate the site and deliver coaching we rely on a small set of vetted third-party providers — including hosting, analytics, communication and payment services. These providers process your data only on our behalf and under confidentiality and security obligations.

11. Data Protection

Your information is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Only authorized members of our team can access it, and only when necessary to deliver our service.

12. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@peoplefitt.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
